Central 4 Wheel Drive was established sometime in 1966 as one of the first of a few small 4-wheel drive centers in the country. In those days Basil Smith (Smittybilt) was building roll bars for Willys Jeeps at home in his garage, Clarence Shook (Rancho Suspension) was buying and selling military surplus parts and Bob Ames was publishing Four Wheeler Magazine in his home. Over the years the industry has changed tremendously and Central 4 Wheel Drive has grown to become one of the largest "pure" Truck and 4 Wheel Drive Accessory companies in the nation. We have retail stores and warehouse locations in California, Oregon and Washington as well as an international mail order and Internet division.

We have Millions of Dollars of Accessories in stock. From virtually every major manufacture in the industry. We have real people that answer the phones 6 days a week; you won’t get a recording "except after hours." Most of our people are 4 wheel drive enthusiasts and we test the things we sell on the roads and trails of the Nevada desert and in the mountains from the Rugged Sierra Nevada’s to the Cascades of the Pacific Northwest.

If we can’t ship your order complete, we will notify you by phone, fax, or e-mail (your choice), and you can either cancel your order or we can hold it on back order for you.

Every product comes with a 30-day return privilege. If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return any unused item in its original container within 30 days for a full refund. Sorry, no refund on used items or shipping charges. Most items are covered by manufacture warranties that range from 90 days to lifetime. We can supply you with warranty details on any product that we sell. We try to post all actual pictures of the products, sometimes the actual pictures are not available. Please give us a call if you have any picture questions.

Free Shipping applies to the lower 48 states only and to those items noted. Next Day Shipping is an estimate and we will contact you via Email with any extra charges to your Next Day Shipping Order. All orders shipped to Military boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and out of the country do not apply. If you return any item that was shipped "Free", the original cost to ship that item will be deducted from your credit. We use UPS and FEDEX for most shipments, UPS and FEDEX picks up and delivers Monday through Friday. Please do not count the weekend days as shipping days.
